Our ethos and approach to investing was honed at Soros Fund Management, where we invested as the Strategic Investments Group from 2005 to 2018. Newlight Partners was formed in October 2018 with the spin out of the team from Soros Fund Management. As Newlight Partners, we continue to build on that experience and approach as we pursue new opportunities to build world-class businesses.
