NEW YORK – January 26, 2022 –Newlight Partners LP (“Newlight”), a growth equity investment firm, today announced that Joshua Ho-Walker has been promoted to Partner. In addition, James Antoniotti and Kristian Hila have been promoted to Principal.

Joshua Ho-Walker joined the Newlight team in 2008 from Merrill Lynch and leads the firm’s thematic investments in Evolution of Bandwidth Consumption. Currently, he serves as a member of the Boards of Directors of Newlight portfolio companies euNetworks, Honest Networks, Sail Internet, and Lit Fibre.
James Antoniotti joined the Newlight team in 2016 and focuses on investments across themes. Prior to joining Newlight, he worked as an investment banker at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
Kristian Hila joined the Newlight team in 2016 and focuses on investments across themes. Prior to joining Newlight, he worked as an investment banker at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
