McLarty Automotive Group is a consolidator of automotive dealership groups founded by Mark McLarty and Paul Hart, in partnership with Newlight Partners. Through a series of acquisitions and greenfield development, the company has become a top-25 franchised automotive dealership group in the US. The company has a diversified portfolio of dealerships across Arkansas, Missouri and Mississippi, consisting mainly of mid-line domestic and international brands. At Newlight's exit, McLarty had a total of 23 dealerships.
