Syndicate Holding Corp. ("SHC") is a Puerto Rican domiciled insurance company that managed run-off syndicates and live business in the UK. SHC previously owned Inceptum, a provider of run-off and legacy solutions in the UK and European insurance and reinsurance markets, as well as Vibe Syndicate Management Ltd., a Lloyd's insurance company that wrote live business between 2014 and 2019 and went into run-off in Q4 2019. R&Q acquired Inceptum and Vibe Syndicate Management Ltd. from SHC in 2020 and 2021, respectively.
